Smart Risk Sheets is designed to make risk management simple and visual. Understanding the interface will help you work efficiently, update data quickly, and get meaningful insights from your risk information.

1. Sheets & Tabs #

Each workbook contains multiple sheets (tabs) for different risk management modules:

2. Menus & Toolbars #

• Top Menu: Access standard commands (File, Edit) and Smart Risk Sheets tools:

  • Add Vendor

  • Generate Dashboard

  • Export Reports

• Contextual Menus: Right-click cells to format, sort, or filter data.

3. Dashboards #

Dashboards provide a visual summary of your risk data:

• Risk Matrix Heatmap: Quickly identify high-risk areas.

• KPIs & Charts: Monitor trends, risk exposure, and mitigation actions.

Note: Dashboards update automatically when the underlying data changes.

4. Navigation Tips #

• Freeze headers for easier scrolling.

• Hyperlinks & buttons can take you directly to related sheets or forms.

• Keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + F (Windows) / Cmd + F (Mac) – Find specific entries.

5. Best Practices #
