2. Smart Risk Sheets Description of Services
SmartRisk Sheets provides tools for managing, documenting, and reporting risk information, including:
• All templates on Google Sheets.
• Automated data capture forms.
• Risk metric dashboards and automated calculations.
• AI-assisted insights using OpenAI API.
• Report generation tools (PDF and visual charts).
• Paid customization services for organizations.
We help users structure risk information using recognized frameworks, including:
• ISO 31000 Risk Management Principles. • COSO Enterprise Risk Management.
However, SmartRisk Sheets is not a replacement for regulatory compliance or professional risk advisory.
Users retain full responsibility for the completeness, legal validity, and accuracy of information used in decision-making.
3. License and Usage Restrictions
When purchasing a Template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business-unit license to use the product.
You may not:
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share templates.
• Reverse-engineer or modify Apps Script code to remove protections.
• Claim SmartRisk Sheets content as your own intellectual property.
• Use the product for illegal or harmful purposes.
Multiple business units or client usage requires separate licensing. We may audit license usage in cases of suspected abuse.
4. User Responsibility
You represent that:
• You will upload only lawful and accurate information. • You will maintain the confidentiality of your own data. • You will comply with applicable risk/regulatory requirements. • You are responsible for verifying AI-generated outputs.
AI insights are suggestions, not certified professional advice.
5. AI-Powered Functionality
Some features rely on third-party AI technology, including OpenAI. When enabled by the user, risk descriptions may be transmitted securely to OpenAI’s servers for processing.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• No trade secrets or classified data should be entered into AI fields.
• You are responsible for ensuring data legality.
• SmartRisk Sheets does not guarantee correctness, security, or interpretation of AI results.
We disclaim liability for misuse or overreliance on automated insights.
6. Fees & Payments
Payments for downloadable Templates or customization services are due at the time of purchase. Templates labeled as free (if any) are free.
Pricing is listed on the Website and may change over time.
For downloadable digital products, all sales are final once delivered, except where required by law.
Customization service refundability is governed by mutual contract terms.
7. Support Services
Basic product support is offered through online documentation. Paid support or customization may include service-level agreements as separately agreed. We are not obligated to modify templates to match third-party systems.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
